Complementing the Purity Linen Product Line is our Specialty Services Department. This department is responsible for processing customer-owned goods, specialty rental linen, and housekeeping linens. This department is the keystone that differentiates us from the competition. Whether it be a special product that your facility has purchased worth thousands of dollars, resident clothing, or a surgeon’s cap, this department has the ability to properly process it and get it back to your facility in short order!
Customer Owned Goods
From an operational point of view, when a customer entrusts a vendor with products or items that belong to the facility or its patients, it is critical that all the proper care be taken with these items. One quilt or one device can mean the world to a customer. Purity Linen could ship a million pounds, but if it can not handle a special request then it is no different than the competition. If it is a patient’s personal possession or personal clothing that is lost, then both the vendor and the facility are in the crosshairs. Labeling Services
In order to ensure that all customer owned goods are identified and processed accurately, Purity Linen suggests that all customer owned goods are labeled with at least the customer’s name. If the customer does not have the appropriate personnel or machinery, Purity Linen can label your products with a 100% urethane label that bonds to the fibers of the product for permanent identification.
