Founded in 1946 by Alfred Deneault as an infant diaper service, over the years the company has continued to expand its range of business to commercial laundering and healthcare linen rental services. Purity Linen Services has been providing linen services to healthcare facilities since 1959. The company, which is presently 100% healthcare oriented, processes over 14 million pounds of linens annually with products ranging from bed linens to patient and staff apparel as well as specialized surgical supplies. The family-owned business is currently owned by Daniel Deneault, son of the founder, and operated and managed by Christopher, Daniel’s son. The 110 employees at Purity Linen is a 50,000 sq. ft. highly-automated processing facility provide daily service to acute-care long-term care and retail clinic healthcare accounts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Executive Summary

Purity Linen Services endeavors to provide a smooth and seamless daily operation that maximizes nursing department satisfaction and minimizes hospital management oversight. We further look to assist the hospital manage these economically challenging times by providing in-depth utilization data, database applications, and alternative products and services. These tools can enable the linen operation to become a fully measured system which can then be better managed. The efficiencies gained will result in an increased resource effectiveness and lower overall cost to both the facilities and to Purity Linen.

  • We will service our customers with quality linen products and deliver those products in a timely manner and quantities which the customer requests.
  • Should a customer require a specialty product or service, we will locate and provide such a product or design as appropriate service procedure.
  • Should a customer request a special delivery of additional product, we will do so as quickly as possible.
  • Should a customer have an issue or concern to be resolved, we will use all available resources to find an immediate solution.
  • We will continuously be challenged to improve innovate a business environment.
  • And in so doing, we will attempt to make a reasonable profit
